Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your product, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at support@wildcorelife.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and is powered by Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–12 business days after dispatch for the US and UK, and 12–16 business days for Canada and Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 USD. Orders below this threshold have a flat-rate fee of $6.99 USD.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days — what should I do?

Tracking can sometimes pause during international customs clearance. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@wildcorelife.com.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged or defective — what should I do?

Email us at support@wildcorelife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

How long does a refund take?

Once we process your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
