Return and Refund Policy

At Wildcore Life, we want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. To start a return, email support@wildcorelife.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays for return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the item back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Cancellations
You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@wildcorelife.com.

Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 10–12 business days to the US, 10–14 to the UK, 12–15 to Canada and 12–16 to Australia. See our Shipping Policy for details.
