Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $150 USD
Standard Shipping — flat rate $6.99 USD on orders under $150

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been collected by the carrier. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@wildcorelife.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@wildcorelife.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
