Free Shipping to the United States and United Kingdom

Every order shipped to the United States or the United Kingdom ships free, with no minimum order.

Other Countries

We also ship to Canada, Australia and selected countries in Europe and Asia. Many items ship free; for others, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been collected by the carrier. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@wildcorelife.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@wildcorelife.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
