We want you to be completely satisfied with every Wildcore Life product. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, and not a final sale item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required. Contact us at support@wildcorelife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@wildcorelife.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or promotional items clearly marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
